We are looking for a senior Web developer to join our team, and help us build intuitive user interfaces for guest eStandby offer interaction as well as web applications for our hotel customers.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in computer science or related field
  • Expert knowledge in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS), as well as related Javascript libraries/frameworks
  • Ability to write well structured, reusable code using JS libraries and UI components
  • Experience with LAMP stack (PHP, MySQL)
  • Passion for elegant and intuitive user interfaces
  • Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM team is preferred

Build a user interface for guest reservation system for a hotel. Using the interface the guest will:

  • Specify First name, Last name
  • Select arrival date, departure date
  • Select a room to book, out of 3 different room options

Rooms displayed on the interface should include a description, price, and image (thumbnail and full size when selected)

Create a mock submit method to show how your user interface interacts with the back-end, but you don’t need to write the actual backend logic. When the guest confirms their selection, display a confirmation that summarizes their booking.

Your code should be fast, maintainable, and production ready. Presentation should be separate from logic and content. It should show your creative skills, and expertise in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
