Jason Bryant, Nor1 Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board, oversees day-to-day operations, provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for the upsell technology company.
With Jason at the helm, Nor1 has quickly emerged as the technology leader in upsell solutions. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Nor1 provides innovative revenue enhancement solutions to the hospitality industry.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Jason has over 20 years experience building and leading international software development and operations organizations. Prior to Nor1, he founded and grew DRCI into a world-class offshore software development organization which maintained facilities in India and Mexico. DRCI focused on providing services to the travel industry, specialized in both high-volume transaction systems and Internet technologies.
Jason is a frequent speaker on technology and entrepreneurship at global events such as World Travel Market, the Hospitality Upgrade Vendor Summit, ITB Berlin, and many other industry events. He also volunteers his time to a number of non-profit organizations. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan. Jason currently sits on the board of CYC – Giving Foster Youth A Voice.
Bruce Fox, Nor1’s COO, is responsible for building and leading the company’s global operation centers, finance and accounting, human resources, and legal matters to support a high-growth environment. He leverages more than 20 years’ experience in both public and private companies, with expertise in high-growth enterprise software environments, in his role at Nor1.
Bruce has an extensive background working with both SaaS and traditional enterprise software within venture backed technology startups through Fortune 500 entities. Prior to joining Nor1, Bruce most recently was at Voltage Security, a high-growth provider of both SaaS on on-premise encryption software, which was sold to Hewlett Packard. Prior to that, Bruce was in a variety of senior financial management positions at Google and Symantec.
Earlier in his career, Bruce worked with one of the large international public accounting firms. Bruce holds a Bachelors degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara where he graduated with honors and is a licensed CPA.
Senior Vice President, Global Business Development
Sharon brings 30 years of hospitality experience to Nor1, most recently serving as VP, Brand and Franchise Revenue, at Hilton Worldwide.
Sharon is a results oriented leader focused on driving top line revenues and exceptional customer service. She has a proven track record of building high performance teams that are motivated and successful and is recognized for her collaboration skills, and willingness to challenge the status quo to achieve strategic goals and create positive organizational change.
Sharon is responsible for driving and managing Nor1’s worldwide Business Development team and efforts toward increasing market share and adoption of the Nor1 Merchandising Platform. While at Hilton, she led a team of more than 70 people responsible for revenue production, hotel consultation and innovative support.
In addition to her extensive tenure at Hilton, she also served as Director of Corporate Relations at Priceline. Her prior experience includes positions in revenue management and front office operations.
Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
Vice President of Technology
Kirby Bosch, Nor1’s Vice President of Technology is responsible for managing Nor1’s skilled engineering, product, and data sciences teams globally, as well as leading product design, development and launch for all of Nor1’s Merchandising Technology solutions.
Kirby’s positive attitude and strong work ethic, in addition to his communication and analytical skills, and insight into customer needs help position Nor1’s solutions as market leaders in Upsell Merchandising Technology for the Hospitality and Travel industries.
Prior to joining Nor1 as a Product Manager, Kirby spent more than 6 years as a computer engineer at FAAC Incorporated where he managed software development teams in the design, implementation, and delivery of tactical training systems for military personnel and consulted on product development and strategy.
Kirby earned his BSE in Computer Engineering from University of Michigan and his MBA in Corporate Innovation & Finance from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.
